Painters from all over the world assembled together to paint over 100 nude models at the second annual NYC Bodypainting Day event. Andy Golub asked us “What the World Needs Now…” so we bodypainted endangered honey bees, cheetahs, giraffes and the St Helena Gumwood on our model. As human beings we are responsible for preserving our endangered species and proliferating life, not destroying it. Painting this message on the human body symbolizes the focus of that responsibility and also gives life to this issue. If we continue to destroy our natural habitats and allow our species to become extinct we will be instigating irreversible damage to our planet and ultimately the survival of the human species.

After we finished painting our models we all paraded to the United Nations for a photoshoot. Then we jumped on two open air tour buses and went on an unforgettable adventure all over the city! Everyone loved it!
