We got the call on April 20, 2017 right after Rick and Morty dropped their highly anticipated virtual reality experience, Virtual Rick-ality. We had just finished setting up our new studio in LA and hooked up our Vive virtual reality system. After spending a couple hours traveling through the multiverse we received an email notification. Our bodypainting services were needed the next morning at the 2017 HIGH TIMES US Cannabis Cup So-Cal!
Grasshoppers Healing Group, a high-grade medical cannabis collective, asked us to paint two promo models for their booth the next morning. So we slept a couple hours, packed our bodypaint kit, and headed out to the U.S. Cannabis Cup to celebrate California’s recent legalization of recreational cannabis!
